They have taken more money than they billed

I was invoiced for R1734 and had R5860 taken off my credit card in July, then another R580 today, with no explanation or any correspondence from the company. I have tried e mail, twitter, facebook and even a insider contact here in SA to get some feedback from them but so far no response at all. This is disgusting as I have been forced to cancel my credit card to prevent further ***** by them
