I was looking for a short term loan and Leads Valley rep (Asian guy) introduced himself as a loan providing company and I have been accepted. They then asked for refundable admin fees. I basically decided that I will not go for this loan and checked the terms and conditions. Leads Valley came up as a loan broker and not loan provider.
I then called them on numerous occasion but phone was never answered. Only on one occasion they answered the phone and asked me to send my details in writing asking for refund and they will send it to my account. This never happened and now they are not answering the phone. Mail box is full.
Please someone take some authorirative step to stop this company cheating people.
