I rented a motorhome from these people and when i returned it i was charged for a chip in the windshield. I was charged $1, 000 canadian dollars on my credit card after i left.
When i asked for proof that the windshield was damaged and replaced so i can claim it on my insurance they refused to provide proof that the windshied was in fact damaged and also refused to provide proof that it was indeed repaired anywhere and that they paid to have it repaired or replaced.
It should be noted that when i picked up the motor home it has signifigant damage to the doors, floors etc and they told me that the person that rented it before me had done a lot of damage to the unit.
I have no problem paying for something if i am responsible, but they have furnished no proof that i did the damage and they have taken my money without proof that any damages were in fact repaired.
