When my wife was a young trainee in the mid 1980's working at the Circle K UK office in West London she was sexually harassed by her Manager who used to call her into his office and make her sit on his knee. This caused him to become sexually aroused. My wife was to scared, shocked, traumatised and intimidated to report it at the time as she was afraid of losing her job.
I'm not sure where this Manager is now working or whether it is too late to do anything now, but I'm keen to try and prevent this happening to anyone else and to ensure that this culture has now been eradicated in Circle K.
