LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT

HALLIBURTON COY.OF UK is pleased to offer you an appointment as a SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT. On the following terms and conditions:

1 SCOPE OF WORK

As stated in your résumé you will work with a team of senior manager responsible to provide the Supervision of Construction Managers who performs traditional Superintendent tasks. Schedule Construction Manager’s activities. Perform contract review and project planning. Develop Project Implementation schedules with assigned Construction Managers. Support Construction Manager’s project implementation to insure on time and on budget completion. Perform site inspections and assist the Project Manager in job set-up. Communicate project progress to Management through Project Summary reports. Overall Project Safety Plan. Provide Product Development and System Design feedback on project implementation. Coordinate material deliveries with company’s Supply Chain and outside vendors. Manage continuous learning/training program. Perform employee reviews and performance evaluations. Develop temporary staffing plan to address workload changes. Assist in obtaining building permits and business license. Oversee Site Construction Managers. Responsible for effective oversight of multiple projects, material delivery, subcontractors and installation labor.

2 COMMENCEMENT DATE

You should be expected to resume on site on the 28th February. However you are to provide the necessary identification and clearances as a precondition to the job engagement, well before resumption, and these will include international passport copies as well as approved work and residence permits. Prior to resumption as inscribed above, you shall be expected to start your job processes by acquiring and procuring your necessary

Residence/ work permits papers on or before the 25th February as a sign of readiness to enable you receive all your due entitlements /

Involvements prior to resumption of duty to enable you settle all domestic necessities before embarking on project trip and avoidance of excuses leading to delays on your side.

3 REMUNERATION

3.1 HALLIBURTON your employer shall pay you a basic salary of ₤4, 600.00 {Four Thousand Six Hundred Pounds only) per month to include any sums receivable as a SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT fees or other remuneration from your employer. Work time shall be 45hours workweek for the twelve (12) months contract period.

3.2 Salary shall also be liable to increments with time and employees’ official promotions and position in service.

3.3 The Salary shall accrue a daily basis but will be paid by equal monthly installments in arrear about the 25th day of every month.

3.4 HALLIBURTON intends but shall not be obliged to reviews the salary in the light of your contributions to its business, inflation and other factors.

3.5 HALLIBURTON has the right to pay all salaries and wages by direct transfer to your bank account particulars of which must be supplied by you on request.

3.6 If you are for any reason indebted to your employer for any amount, your employer shall be entitled to make a deduction in or towards the discharge of that liability from your remuneration or any other money payable from your employer to you.

3.7 Other allowances and / or benefits shall be provided by your employer as deemed appropriate as follows:

Quality single or family housing shall be provided by HALLIBURTON or in the alternative the sum of ₤2, 500.00 (Two Thousand five hundred Pounds) per month shall be paid to you as Housing Allowance.

The sum of ₤2, 000 (Two Thousands Pounds) shall be paid to you for personal effects shipment and excess baggage allowance.

HALLIBURTON shall provide you access to some of the finest social and recreational facilities in the UK.

HALLIBURTON will provide the employee with comprehensive health care for the terms of contract and follow-on care for injuries suffered during working hours.

The sum of ₤2, 800.00 (Two Thousand Eight Hundred Pounds) per month shall be paid to you as Educational Assistance Benefit with family status contracts.

Complete meals for you as deemed appropriate.

₤2500.00 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Pounds) flat rate travel / entertainment allowance shall be paid by your employer for each international trip. Travel shall be by business / first class. However for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition to travel / entertainment allowance. Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate charged at the period / time of employees. Travel ticket including that of employees’ family only on employees’ early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.

The first monthly salary shall be paid in advance before you embark on your journey to assume duty. This is to enable you settle all domestic needs before travel. All payment of salary after assumption of duty in UK can only be 75% paid into your foreign / offshore bank account to be provided by you with the remaining 25% paid locally in U K. This is in line with the United Kingdom Expatriate Financial Statutory Laws. Expatriate shall also be liable to pay 10% of salary as withholding tax to the relevant authority in U K

You are entitled to one (1) month holiday in every period of 12 months. You will be paid your usual remuneration on the usual dates of payment during such period in which any paid holiday is taken and shall be entitled to a separate payment as holiday pay to a separate payment as holiday pay of the sum of ₤5, 000.00 pounds.

The contract shall be a full-time contract; this is with effect from 28th February when the employee / expatriate assumes duty in the United Kingdom.
