Company Joining Procedure and Policy:

It is the overall-company policy in the (UK) that all successful oversea applicant must have a complete immigration clearance documents via the company licensed immigration attorney at the company's expense. Thereby, you must be Sworn an Affidavit of Guarantee before the commences fully on your Work Permit Entry Application at the UK Home Office.

N.B: Please include the Scanned Copy of family member passport that would be embarking on this trip with you.

The company shall be shouldering your work-permit and (family) visa expenses immediately you are Sworn an Affidavit of Guarantee via our licensed Immigration attorney/agent of Office of the Immigration Services Commission (OISC); The Hard Copy of this Agreement Letter have been submitted to the employment attorney for endorsement with the Ministry of Works also the Certificate of Sponsorship is with the attorney.

All Legal processing regarding your entrance will be done here in the United Kingdom where your Contract Hard Copy was submitted; meanwhile deposit is ready on your behalf for your entry clearance documents, the Immigration attorney will be responsible in handling your files upon the Sworn Affidavit of Oath from the British Crown Court of Justice.

The Sworn Affidavit of Oath is a written form of evidence used in court proceedings. The affidavit sets out the facts as you remember them. In legal matters, the evidence wanted for court to hear about your matter must be in a Sworn Affidavit of Oath, Your statutory declaration/statement of fact to abide in this contract and never to neglect your job responsibility with the BPA Energy will be made as your name is being sworn at the Court.

The BPA Energy have already negotiated with the Licensed immigration attorney (ALLAN CHAMBER) to commence on your entry process, as soon as all Court requirement are met, and a copy of the affidavit is furnished to our HR Department of the BPA Management. Note that that this has to be done within 10 working days of receiving the agreement.

AGREEMENT FOR CONTRACT OF SERVICE

ARTICLE 1: CONSULTING PERSONNEL:

Hence, BPA ENERGY (UK) LTD Seek to employ your services as an expatriate consultant for the provision of expatriate services as stipulated in the following acts in this document. This document embodies the approved Terms for the purpose of this contract.

ARTICLE 2: JOB COMMENCEMENT/LOCATION:

The work Location will be within the work metropolis of BPA ENERGY, HERTS, ENGLAND

You shall be expected to appear on site on the 6th of JUNE. And to report immediately to the Human Resource (HR) Department/Contact Center Department Manager upon arrival to conclude prospects of screening and other logistics.

ARTICLE 3: SALARY INDICATION:

You will be eligible to receive GBP £7, 300.00 – Basic (Tax exclusive) Monthly. Work time shall be 40 hours work week for the Twenty-four (24) months contract term as such employee shall also be entitled to over-time allowance if employee work time exceeds the official stipulated hours. Salary And Contract Period shall also be liable to increments with time and employees' official promotions and position in service.

ARTICLE 4: ALLOWANCES/ENTITLEMENTS:

 Hazard/Inconveniences: GBP £320.00/-month

 Car Maintenance: GBP £350.00/-month

 House & Furnishings: GBP £3000.00/-yearly

 Entertainment & Recreation: GBP £285.00/-month

 Travel & Events: GBP £450.00/-month

ARTICLE 5: PAID LEAVE PERIOD/TRAVEL:

All Employees are entitled to 2months Paid Leave which can be taken once at a time or 2weeks apart one different period.

All Employees will receive GBP 1, 205.00 Take home for leave Period.

Employer for each Inter-continental trip shall pay GBP 1, 320.00 flat rate travel/entertainment allowance to employee. Travel shall be by business class/first Class.

However for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket and procurement of all valid UK papers shall be paid in addition to travel/entertainment allowance by employer the moment the employee provide us with his/her SWORN AFFIDAVIT OF GUARANTEE papers from the Licensed Immigrations Attorney (as per company directives) Cost shall be incurred by employee and shall be the rate charged at the Period/time of such. Employer shall also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.

ARTICLE 6: UPFRONT SALARY PAYMENTS:

The First one month upfront salaries shall be paid in advance before employee embarks on journey to assume duty.

This is to enable employee settle all domestic needs before travel. As such no excuses will be entertained on assumption of duty relating to default. Employees (Expatriates) are to note that 2

MONTH UPFRONT SALARIES are paid as soon as Employee sworn an oath at the British Court of Justice, here in the UK and submit it to the Human Resources Department.

All payment of Salary after assumption of duty in Herts, England shall be 75% paid into an offshore account to be provided by employee with the remaining 25% paid locally in Herts England. This is in line with the British Expatriate Financial Statutory Laws.

ARTICLE 7: FEEDING AND ACCOMODATION:

All Employees are expected to reside at the BPA’s Staff estate.

There are Single Bed-room and Flat options for Employees to choose from.

Employees are entitled to take meals free of charge at the General Staff canteens. Dietary options, Customized cooks and Dieticians are available options.

 2 Bedroom flat for single and

 3 bedrooms flat for family at the BPA Energy staff quarters, company car and 5 Days Break / Leave after every 90 Business Working Days.

ARTICLE 8: MEDICAL EXPENCES:

Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive Health care for the term of contract, and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family.

ARTICLE 9: SAFETY AND SECURITY:

Safety and Security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and communities are no small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations.

All operations on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy as applicable in the Oil and Gas Sector.

All expatriates are entitled to a free and mandatory safety courses on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts.

ARTICLE 10: TELECOMMUNICATION AND INTERNET FACILITIES.

Laptop Computer, Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, 3 GB RAM, 48XCD-RW, 250GB Hard Drive, Floppy Drive, Integrated Network Adapter, Internal 86K Modem, Spare Battery and Necessary Software’s. 24 hours Internet access is also available.

The company will also provide the employee with one land line phone at home and one mobile phone both will have a reasonable credit amount each month.

The Entirety Agreement:

• This agreement supersedes and replaces all previous contracts, written and verbal, between the parties and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

• Neither party may assign their obligations nor rights under this agreement to any other person in any circumstances whatsoever except with the prior written consent of BPA ENERGY (UK) Ltd

• No waiver of any breach of this agreement shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other or subsequent breach. The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this agreement at any time shall not be interpreted as a waiver of the provision.

• This Agreement is constructed in accordance with section 6 of British Employment Act Bill 2000. A single arbitrator agreed upon by the parties shall decide any dispute between the parties arising out of this agreement.

• In submission to this contract/appointment letter, you hereby confirm and agree that the signature is not an impersonation of me and is all true, legal and I understand that false signature will lead to termination of my appointment.

This Contract of agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and all of the covenants and agreements between the parties with respect to the employment.
