As normal was renewing my anti-virus and Symantec asked to provide credit card details, I obviously provided. In a few days received bank statement that I had been charged £39.99 twice - once for the actual renewal by Norton Annual Renewal by standing order and the other time by dri*symantec, www.Myord.com
I believe Norton/Symantec must sort their paying system out and I demand my money back!
