After taking the plunge to start internet banking i have discovered that this company has been taking £10.00 a month from my account after ordering some perfume for an xmas present back in totally gobsmacked!!! have cancelled the DD and asked for a refund of my money, they are e-mailing me a refund form to complete, so bloody annoyed.
