I would certainly not reccomend PRINTERINKS

I ordered my usual inkjet cartridges together with the correct serial number, but a few days after inserting them into my H.P. printer, it began to slow down and eventually wouldn't work. Thinking it was my printer at fault, I had my machine checked by a technician for the cost of twenty pounds, who found an alternative inkjet had been supplied which had created the problem. Printerinks would not supply the correct injet until they had received back the ones in my possession. I returned these, but on receipt of the new one it would not print the colour "Yellow." Another phone call to Printerinks and I was told to warm the inkjet with a wet didn't work. Another phone call to Printerinks and I was told they would phone me later. They didn't return my call. This morning I received an email to say an inkjet had been sent to me FIRST CLASS.....the postman has been, but no inkjet from PRINTERINKS has been received. I have phoned them once again and they simply say "IT HAS BEEN SENT." I have asked if they would care to reimburse me for the expenses I have incurred, but they seem reluctant to do this. They say, "PUT IT IN WRITING." I am disgusted with their attitude
