REDSAVE PASS
Paying For pass I didn't ask for

In January 28th I googled a child's paddling pool and was taken straight to a number of paddling pools I chose a small rubber pool size 48in by 12inch depth pool was £6.95p This was slightly lower than competitors so pressed buy. At no point did I see anything about taking £19.95 from my account for some pass I had no requirement for. I paid for pool, post and packing I think it came to around £12.50 I then forgot all about it. Around the the beginning of July I got a statement from my bank for the last three months on it was three payments to redsave pass for £19.95p I called my bank and they said I would need to cacel any payments with the company because they were using my card number to validate payments, they did put a block on future payments and and said I needed to contact them to get my money back. I emailed the company and they removed me from the pass account but they won't give me my money back.

Suggest contacting your bank again but this time perhaps informing them of this:

Its from 2008 but at least it shows

"...The company was ordered to repay the monthly £19.95 it had taken from a customer's credit card as a shopping club "membership fee" - something the customer told the court he knew nothing about..."

The bank might then consider it to be fraud and refund you on that basis, but they might I suppose tell you to sue Redsave rather than refund themselves.

Best of luck with it.
