Redsave Pass Subscription

I authorised my daughter (15 years old) to buy a digital photo frame from Redsave in November. She unknowingly failed to un-click the box which subscribedsyou to Redsavepass. 2 Months subscriptions they have taken from my account, without my authorisation, not a huge sum of money, just under £40.00 but it is £40.00 that does not belong to them. I rang them this morning, cocky lass on the phone, took great pleasure in telling me where to unsubscribe & that I was not entitled to a refund, shame she was not on the phone when I tried to unsubscribe, their link does not work. Had to email them. Taken steps to ensure they cannot do again, cancelled my card - up theres. Must be laws to protect the consumer against this, am going to write to Trading Standards. If you buy something on the internet you should click to buy, no business/trader should make you unclick something they you may not realise you are buying. When you do realise it is usually too late, £ after £ has been taken from your account - what a rip off. For what it is worth I will try writing to Redsave.
