Unauthorised credit purchases

I found out about this scam and tried to prevent them from withdrawing cash from my credit account. i cancelled the account yet they still withdrew money. as they are situated in UK no official body will take responsibility to assist me in closing the authorisation on them. they have no contact information for me to request ceasing transaction. Aust OFT and ACC say its out of their power!! HELP!
