Like many of you I have also been scammed by Natureberry. I had 2 lots of £73.85 deducted last month, rang them to complain, and cancelled the so called account. Today I discovered that in their small print, they advise they will be passing the information onto other companies, who are in fact linked to them. As a result I have had the amounts of £76.58 and £77.08 deducted in the last few days.
I spoke to my bank, who were very helpful, and cancelled my credit card (they will send me a new one), and also gave me a telephone number to call which is for one of their 'sister' companies called healthfocus. I rang and cancelled with them, and also informed them to cancel any other company/account associated with natureberry. The guy promised this would happen and that as i had not received any goods, would also seek a refund of the amounts dedcuted. He also said I would receive an email within 72 hours to confirm this. So fingers crossed. Anyway the number to call is 0031 20794 7958. Good luck everyone.
