I am a recently new customer with buy as you view and from start till now i have had nothing but problems with this box. i make payment by pay point and make them on time and still it turns off my television so i telephone to get someone out to sort it and just by luck the last 4 times my tv has come on itself and just as well it has because no engineer has ever turned up to sort it for me. Although this time is different i have had no viewing on my main tv for over 36 hours now i have telephoned continuously to say no one has still not turned up all i seem to get is promises that someone will come if that was the case then why did they not turn up all the other times i called? I suggest if you cannot get your engineers to pull their finger out then yous need to sort out other ways for customers to pay instead off this rubbish having a box into your main tv then it gets switched off.
