I recently saw a monthly charge from this company for $19.95. I went through my credit card statements and found they've been charging me for 7 months for a single person search I did in December. I contacted 888 445 2727 (option 1). I expressed my complaint and told them I wanted it stopped and I would be pursuing them for a full refund via my credit card company. A supervisor was contacted and I was told I would receive A FULL REFUND. We'll see if this comes to pass. I see there are thousands of complaints on this. I suggest you ring this number, be calm and they might do for you what they've said they'll do for me.
