Went along to have highlights already having the brazilian keratin treatment. I explained this to the staff who originally seemed very kind and polite. With the keratin treatment you need to wash it with a special shampoo otherwise it comes out. Despite having told them, the stylist washed the treatment out worth £150!!!
I called up to complain once i'd realised (a day later) and after an hours arguement and having to go into the store, the manager agreed to re do it for me for £20 to pay for just the blow dry and wash. (she did not give me the option of a refund) However, the week of the appointment my Grandmother died and I could not even think of anything else. I later called to apologise and to re book an appointment, to find she was now charging me £40! For an error that she had caused!
I called once more a day later, asking her to please re consider, as I am a student and missed the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. She was rude to me, shouted, told me she did not care, and if I was unwilling to pay £40 pound she did not want to know. This was the manager!!!
My complaint was discussed about with the other staff, while I was on the phone! They do not know how to deal with complaints and are not understanding at all!!! Very unhappy!
