Purchased some virgin indian hair from tear people when I first for the item the hair smelled terrible.. That should have been my first red alert but I said to my self before I go on bhm and bash te company let me email Dionne the customer service representative .. Okay Dionne says to to me that's just the sealant one wash will take care of the pungent smell.. Okay it took about three washes no big deal .. I wait a week to install the hair okay .. I was alittle taken aback at how hard the hair dried to in it's original form.. Okay no big deal but then after washing with sulfate free products .. The next week the hair matted up like a rats nest.. The company is trash please please people don't waste your hard earn money on this company .. I spent all this money on trash and I feel beauty supply store hair would have been better and much cheaper and saved me the mess on my head.. It mattes uncontrollable .. It's tangles I cannot run my figures through it. Please people thing again when ordering from this company it is not worth it ..
