I suscribe to the tamil channel southforyou (Sky 797). As of 5 days ago there has been interrupted transmission; a screen with vertical coloured bars and very poor sound quality. After extensive searching, there appears to be no proper contact details on the internet; the phone number we obtained for them is yielding no response, despite numerous attempts at contact. There is definitely a connection made but no one is picking up. The service offered when the initial subscription was made left a lot ot be desired as has the general quality of certain aspects of the channel at times (e.g film recordings stopping half way through etc).
Does anybody know a reliable way of contacting them in the UK?
