My 88 year old aunty was called about Sky Insurance - we didn't know anything about the call as she has seniors dementia, and anyone talking to her would realize this.
they somehow managed to sign her up for Sky Service insurance (she does not have Sky Service on the TV) - when we finally realized what had happend and called up to cancel it they kept repeatedly trying to sell us insurance on her rented TV and anything else that happend to be connected to the TV.
This is a total scam and they are preying on Seniors - sham on them.
