Having ordered:-
1 x 250 x 350mm (10" x 14") Pink Mailing bags - 25 Bags () = £1.99
1 x 165 x 230mm (6.5" x 9") Pink Mailing Bags - 50 Bags () = £2.76
On the 12th August and it's now 26th August and i still have no bags or refund.
The company are very poor at communicating and it was not until Monday 22nd i managed to get in contact with them where they said they had been away but my order would be dispatched that day. Still waiting for it now there trying to tell me my bank revered the payment so paypal reversed the charge. And in another email say they were dispatched on the 12th! So which is it?
I can't open another dispute with paypal as i cancelled the one i opened after they told me my bags would be dispatched on the Monday and am waiting to hear from paypal. This company is poor poor. Now asking me to re-send payment or there going to open a dispute with paypal i say carry on!
