I too ordered a boxed set for Xmas on 30 November, they instantly took $106 from my credit card and issued official sounding emails, since when nothing has arrived. I have just visited their website to follow up and lo and behold it says they are no longer able to supply goods, but will issue refunds. I have just looked at my credit card statement, and the payment appears to have been made to a company in Riga. Which is in Latvia, formerly USSR, now in the EU.
I am not holding my breath for a refund.
