We bought mercedise e220 diesel from trfford branch. they promise they ll provide full tank of fuel, new mats, cigeret lighter. they did't return our ph calls within 7 days we went back to them because car was giving some noice and car was pulling one side. manager refer us to assistant manager and he sort out for the time being booked us with rochdale branch and they did the job but after couple of days its still same problem they promiss they will send the fuel chq (still we didnt recieve) i called them and left few messages but no call been return its more then 3 weeks no chq no lighter no mats no paper of changing of private no plate. they told us that in new cars no spare wheel we trust them and my car tyre gone flat i called rac on their behalf and they refuse to come because we have no spare wheel. i dont no where do i stand now manager wrote every complain against the junior employee now who going to complain about manager. so today i thought this is the right way and wait might be someone will help us. our car value is 20000.00 not a old car.
