22 August flew back to S A was charged 100 pounds to up grade to a emergency Exit seat only to find the table were broken, we were offered another ordinary seat but no refund, I send an E mail to Virgin Complaints department demanding a refund but as Richard is a greedy ******* they did't lower themselves to reply to my written complaint.
