Terrible Service flight BA56 JNB to LHR 05 Nov

I have always loved BA and have had good experiences with your Comair flights which was why I excited when I found out my mum and I were flying BA to London. We were premium economy so I was even more excited. Little did I know. The bad experience started at check-in (sour, rude staff). Then when we got into the 'premium economy' section of the plane, imagine my surprise at seeing
half-broken seats, wonky tray tables, broken footrests&stuffing sticking out of chairs. The touch screen had to be manhandled out and was pixellated and barely functioning, The whole 'premium economy' experience was a joke. This is not the end, not only were we flying in a rickety, falling-apart plane but the service was HORRENDOUS.The cabin crew looked like they HATED their jobs. They were rude and unfriendly. They all had long, sour faces. I was too scared to even ask for more water or a blanket. The only time I saw one attendant smile was when the plane landed and she knew her job was over. The only exception was Kari, she was the only good attendant on the plane. Needless to say I am disappointed. I would rather have had the longer 18 hour flight on Emirates & at least had decent service, a newer plane&decent food.
