Totally useless customer service. They had a month to get the part in and instead of letting me know that someone had forgotten to order it, they just let me sit at home all day waiting for him to arrive. It was only when I called them for the 4th time did they admit that he wasn't coming because he didn't have the part. They since have been totally useless in trying to resolve the problem - I even asked to speak to a manager and the girl on the phone told me he'd call me back. I'm still waiting.
I was so polite and nice and understanding. I'm never buying from them again.
