I was booked to fly on a 21:40 on the 07th of January, I waited for 2 hours until I was told the plane was over booked and I could only fly the next day. I am here today on the 8th for the seat I was guaranteed on the 20:15 flight, I am been told this was also overbooked and they are trying to put me on the 21:40 flight. Again, not guaranteed! They can't provide me with a ticket yet, no one senior is available to attend to my problem, only the consultant who is at least trying to be helpful. I have lost a day's work in London already which no amount of money can compensate me for. I am standing here hungry with a migraine from ****, and I have to deal with this unproffesionalism.
