I got a student contractlast year for 9 months i paid for installation and a month ahead aweek before the 9 months ran out i phoned sayinim on verge of movin house an the fella on the phone said he wud get in touch 2 days before it ran out i explained to him there was a chance i wanted to agree another contract if my move never happened he writ some notes on our conversation afew days later my broadband went off i phoned again spoke to a woman who told me she had the notes of my previous converstion and i told her i would carry on with my broadband she said my internet would go back on everyday for a week i checked everyday but no internet come on so i cancelled my direct debit i went into virgin shop in bootle an he told me i owed 87 pound i explained to him about me contract runnin out an the phone calls to your staff who by the way could do with a lesson on customer care as they say things but dont follw them up now in the shop the man who was helpful and understood my dilemma said if i got tv an phone aswell as broadband he would knock 50 pound off my first bill im makig this complaint as ive had to put up with internet goin off a few times due to virgins fault and forever on a phone to get passed on to someone else im hoping you can investigate it as i know i done everything by the book im unemployed and would like to go back to virgin but i, m not paying for something i have, nt had if this does get read could you phone meas i can explain my series of events i hope you can respond sooner rather than later as i will have to go somewhere else thank you and hope to hear from you soon paul connell postcode l207aa thank you
