Ordered perfume to value of £28 in June. Nothing arrived. After phoning I was fobbed off with a problem with delivery company. I later asked for refund which also hasn't appeared in bank account. Have notice web site is no longer valid and has probably gone out of business. Also the official phone number was probably re-directed to home number to take our irate calls so they knew then that comany was bust. At time web site was still up and running in early July so probably took more orders and money then. Is their any official site we can call and complain to re this company?
