BAD SERVICE AND UNATHORISED CHARGING

I WAS PERSUADED TO CHANGE FROM AOL TO TALKTALK FOR A COMBINED PHONE AND BROADBAND PACKAGE IN OCTOBER. RECEIVED THE TELEPHONE SERVCIES FARILY PROMPTLY BUT AFTER THREE MONTHS FAILED TO RECEIVE THE BROADBAND CONNECTION - THEY 'LOST' THE ORDER AND NEVER GAVE ME A CONNECTION DATE - I CANCELLED THE PACKAGE IN DECEMBER AND WITHIN 3 WEEKS I WAS CONNECTED TO BT CONNECT. IN THE MEANTIME I LOST MY AOL BROADAND SERVICE AND HAD A TALKTALK MOBILE ''DONGLE'' CONNECTION WHICH COST ME £30.00 £10.00 PER MONTH AND THEY ARE NOW TRYING TO CHARGE ME A CONTRACT BREAKAGE FEE OF £132.04. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH - NEVER RETURNING CALLS AND HAVING TO DEAL WITH CALL CENTRES IN SOUTH AFRICA AND INDIA, TNEY TELL LIES AND NO ONE SEEMS TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY - I HAVE YET TO 'FIND' THE ACCOUNTS DEPT!!!
