My google account was hacked on the morning of 20th February and all the email addresses on it sent a message by the criminals purporting to come from me saying I had been mugged in barcelona and needed an urgent cash loan to get home. As soon as I was told of this I filled in the google forms, but to this day nothing has happened. All I receive is an automated reply saying "Pleased you have your email back and have changed the password".
There seem to be no humans at Google who deal with this problem. I have sent the forms in several times with no reponse. How can I have this account closed down if I cannot get it back?
