MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR 0% FINANCE IF AVAILABLE REGARDLESS OF WHAT KIND OF CAR YOU ARE TRADING IN
After paying up front for 3 years servicing on my C 3 Picasso and feeling I didn't get a good service last September, they also fixed my car with a secondhand part while still under warranty. I approached Citroen an asked for this years money back as I have lost all faith in Citroen.
I have it in black and white that I paid for this but they say it is complementary "why was I invoiced for it? "
They also say it is for VAT purposes, does this mean they are defrauding the Government out of VAT money?
(I have it on my invoice that they charged me for it)
