I ordered a helmet and visor from this company. It took just under three months to get. In the waiting time I contacted them several times regarding the order, each time I was given a different story. Becoming suspicious I contacted my credit card company, they reversed the charges. Months later when the merchandise finally arrived it was the wrong helmet. I did the right thing and returned the items to the company, the company in response rebilled my credit card. Now the company is saying IF they get the merchandise back they will see about refunding my money. Making it sound as if they have no intentions of admitting to getting the items back. Now they will not answer my emails regarding the arrival of the items. If this is the way they practice business and treat a single mom with two kids to raise holding $253.00 over ones head, I hope that karma proves true.
