Was referred to orthopedic by a Doctor at Wigmore Health clinic 30TH December. This was not done and he just sent a letter back to my G.P in Pastures Way surgery Luton and I only realised this had happened when I made a general enquiry 3 weeks into referral about a date for Harpenden Spire. I am so upset, I have spent so much time just waiting with nothing being done and Wigmore was the final moving forward step. How can such an error be made? Now I have had a call this morning 18TH January saying once again I have been referred to Harpenden with a 6 week wait once again from the 18th January. This has caused me great distress. My walking has got worse, I cannot work and am not being paid. I think its totally unacceptable. Thankyou
