Ok on June 13th I ordered a small army knife from DIYTOOLS.CO.UK and 2 days later I get an email stating it was sent. Then 2 weeks go by and I email customer service about it. They tell me they will look into it. A week goes by I get no email back then I email them back. Tell me the same thing.
Now I'm getting furious. I email them again "a month has gone by" they tell me if I don't get it by the end of the week they will send another package for me. I'm like cool, finally something will be done.
Week went by, didn't get it from them. I email them stating I still didn't get the package. They say ok I will get the order processed and send it right away and EMAIL you back with the package information.
So 4 days go by. I don't get any email. so I email them back about and haven't heard from them since. It's now July 27 and still no package still no contact back, so I'm out of the money.
