I ordered a Weider weight bench from Asda Direct. When they delivered the item it was not as described and was not the same as in the picture. I called up immediately and advised they are falsely advertising products. After several conversations with Asda Direct non English speaking advisers and being passed between the supplier of the product and Asda Direct themselves they finally agreed to collect the item. After several days I had to call again in order to get someone to collect it as the courier had not been notified to contact me. Thew item was at last collected and now 17 days on I am still awaiting a refund. I have copntacted them several times and they promised a refund was done. I have not contacted them again today and spoke to a manager (they give english names when they are not english) who advised the refund had not actually been authorised. They have advised this will now be done and I iwll receive a gift certificate for Asda as an apology. Several hours on however I am still awaiting a cal back to confirm this has been done. I am now going to have to waste more time calling the idiots.
