The service for our move from Portugal to Glasgow was abysmal and felt as if we were in the hands of con men-they did not turn up on agreed date to collect our goods -when they did turn up they did not have the necessary packing materials -a few days after the collection they informed us they had underquoted and we had to pay a further £2100 - they stated in their quote that the delivery would be 7 days after collection - they collected on the 5th and delivered on the 28th - we listed, as an insurance claim, the breakages and damage to our furniture - but no reply received so asked for name of insurance company but have not received this information - we wonder if they actually have insurance cover and perhaps look upon the £400 we paid as extra profit - throughout the experience they did not return telephone calls and when they did it was generally lies- we feel they should not be allowed to trade
