I ordered a pink baby grand piano for my granddaughters birthday for £71.00 on 23rd May. When it didn't arrive I tried to contact Pink Superstore. There was no telephone number listed on their website and only an e mail available. I have e mailed 3 times without any response to date and still haven't received the piano. In the UK we have organisations that you can complain to and they will take the case up on your behalf. These are government funded and free of charge is there an equivalent in the US? I have since read other complaints on the internet about this company and it seems they have done this several times before. Why are they still able to trade??
