DO NOT BUY FROM ACTIVITY SUPERSTORE!!!
ACTIVITY SUPERSTORE fails to deliver face value of purchased vouchers. When you book with ACTIVITY SUPERSTORE they provide you with a voucher to purchase your chosen 'experience' that you are required to do all the booking for direct with the venue yourself. It quickly becomes apparent that the cost of the 'experience' you are entitled to book is much less than the value of the voucher you have purchased. ACTIVITY SUPERSTORE then refused to issue any other voucher or alternative to meet the orginal purchase value of the 'experience'. As you are required to do all the booking yourself, my advice would be forget ACTIVITY SUPERSTORE even exists and purchase direct from the venue of your chioce ensuring cost is the true value you are spending. Customer Services do not deliver what their job title is and firmly put the blame on you for booking with them, claiming thatby purchasing their voucher you accepted this could happen and they do not do refunds at this stage. The only way to stop this company taking excessive amounts of money by over inflating the real price of the 'experience' they are providing is to spread the word preventing more people become caught in this trap. DO NOT BUY FROM ACTIVITY SUPERSTORE!!!
