I used this website to get legal advice. The website is very clear. If you are not happy with the advice then payment will not be extracted from your credit card provided you provide reasons for not being happy. I did this. I have not been refunded. In addition, I was automatically subscribed to the "Unlimited subscription package" - meaning further amounts charged to my credit card. Apparently you are suppose to ensure that you turn this option for subsciption "OFF" when you log on and use the service for the first time. I have sent 3 requests for refunds. No feedback received. What a **** - imagine if everyone who uses the service for the first time is bound to pay the 1st month subsciption because of not being aware about the automatic subsciption status? Money making scheme - be very weary. After the 2 charges to my credit card, I have received no feedback for the last month regarding my queries.
