I have been trying to book a group of 30 passengers (maybe more), I was appointed a "group specialist" based in the Hammersmith branch via my online enquiry, he contacted me on 18 March via phone and email and I've not heard from him since (over 2 weeks now). I've telephoned twice and emailed 4 times and haven't received a single reply or call back in over 2 weeks. You would think a group of 30 or more may be a nice little earner. Clearly Flight Centre could care less about customer service. I won't be booking any group or leisure travel through Flight Centre UK. Dreadful customer service skills.
