Slow and disinterested staff today (18/08). It wasn't busy but they still managed to forget we had 3 panini's to be warmed up and ended up heating them twice so they were hard and disappointing. The asian member of staff was slovenly and offered no apology. Will not be visiting again that's for sure. Epsom costa much better.
