To whom it may concern
In February, I completed my four winter shops for which Waitrose promised they would send a GBP15 voucher to spend in March. It is now nearly June and I have still not received this voucher. To make matters worse, I have been in touch with their customer services team 4 times to find out why this still has not arrived. In confirming my contact details and address several times, I still have not received this voucher.
I don't believe Waitrose has any interest in maintaining their current client base as they have completely dismissed my query every time I have gotten in touch and have kept promising me 'it will arrive in 3 weeks'. It is even more surprising that Waitrose are implementing the same campaign for summer - given how poorly they completed it last time.
I am beyond waiting for my voucher now and am just completely disappointed by Waitrose's service towards me. I have always shopped there and hoped that in a circumstance like this that they would have provided me with the good customer service I always thought them to have had. Sadly this is not the case and I feel I can longer support their business.
