Hi.i bought shows for my little one on monday but it was wiring size so on tuesdsy about 3 o clock i went to exchange to the other size.i went to counter i said i bought these yesterday i needed to exchange with that size.the lady was there she was so rude and her face was lyk she is gonna eat me she looked reciept checked shoes and i just took my box bcz it looks like she is done.then she said i have not finished yet and she made her face like i m her servant and again she just checking the shoes very rudely then i said on the rack all the shoes are dirty if i took the dirty shoes so u no gonna change it she said ph where i said on the rack she said customers try hate dats y.i m checking did u use it and this and that.she was so rude and mean. My din really liked that shoes thats y i was standing there order wise the behave she had i just throw shoes there ana never go back.i always buy from there but now i think was the last one.this is a branded shop they all just work there its no there own shop so they behave like that.now i really want to return them bcz they not so comfortable to my son but i dont want to see her face again and thats the only branch here with me.if u dont believe me u should have camera there plz check it .it was tuesdsy 6th of june around 3 o clock.help if u can.
