Complaint / review / scam report
I have purchased a soccer jersey online on the 6th of December and its almost a month and i never recieved it yet. i purchased it from a store in London and i reside in Cape Town, South Africa. According them my address is not matching theres. There Copy is 50 Delos Road, Wetton, 7780, Cape Town, South Africa. they asked me to supply my adress again in which i replied 50 Delos Road, Woodlands Park, Wetton, 7780, Cape Town, South Africa, so i got a reply stating i gave them the wrong address, even if i left woodlands park out in the first address i used my postal code is still correct and relevant to the suburb i stay in. The company they suppose to have used DHL cant help me because i got no waybill number and it is a non trackible item. so what is the way forward here?? please help.
