Standard delivery 3-5 working days

Express delivery 1-2 working days. Your order will be sent using first-class post, if you place your order before 2pm on Monday to Friday, we'll send it out on the same day (excluding Bank Holidays).

Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your Products are delivered within the set timescales, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our delivery partner. Under these circumstances, delivery charges will not normally be refunded."

This is this statement found on the website. They fob off onto Royal Mail who they use for delivery. I have paid for express and expect express delivery. My order was placed before 2pm on Tuesday Morning 28/10, I still haven't received it 3 days later! This is not the first time this has happened. The first time was just before Xmas last year. When I phoned "customer service", I was told they are unable to track the parcel and hung up on me! I know from doing post that a reference number is given to track parcels due to insurance, etc.

I am less than happy with the serivice and have e-mailed customer services today (31.10.08) to which I haven't had a reply from yet. When I do receive a reply I will be asking for the 4.95 "express delivery" charge to be refunded as a goodwill gesture.
