I recieve an E-maile from the above named company to congtatulate me on being a Category "A" winner of the Lucky Strike Lottery UK 6, 500.000 EP!!!

I e-mailed the Co. to ask them what is my next step
The reply e-mail stated that I have to submit a Lottery Winnings Claim Form with all my financial info (bank accounts #, ets)

They informed me that I am obligated to pay required fees (total 3, 560 EP) I e-mailed them giving them permission to take thouse fees out of my winnings (LOL)
I am quoting their reply: "In the past, it was possible to deduct from prize winners money, but this was abused as more money than was necessary was collected from prise winners" I am suppose to contact Andrew Young who has both expirience and the expertise to handle my prise clams prossesing.

What a rediculas explanation
I am fuming My next step to ask them if I should retain as attorney and have him place the fees in Escrow account
I am curious to see what they will say to that
