Has a car from europcar returned car with full tank Monday 1st July man at Chelmsford office said money would be returned by the Friday 5th today is the 12th still my deposit has not been refund think this is disgusting and after a lot of research I know I'm not the only customer who feels this why will be contacting watchdog so they can investigate as should not take this length of time
