I phoned my mobile internet supplier to pay a bill, my card was declined due to incorrect details at the banks end. I called the bank and asked why they have refused payment and they said they havent, they gave me a 6 digit authorisation code in which i gave to the mobile internet supplier and they said that it has definetly been declined and that authoristation code gets issued regardless. The money did leave my availible funds so i was a bit confused to which company to side with but due to the bad experience ive had with santander before where they left me starnded 400 miles away from home due to another glitch in their system i just assumed straight away its santander. So a few days went by and the money became availible in my available funds, sooooo i called up santander and with their triangular shoulders they passed the blame to my mobile internet company. I have received a charge for non payment of? 25 and a missed payment on my national credit file. As you can imagine Im upset at this as no company is taking responsibilty. ALSO i noted a fasinating coment from manager James Elliker from the call centre "Its not my money, I dont care" Classic!!!
