I wanted a exchange on my wireless cctv camera kit, i went to this store to exchange and i was told it was not in stock so i returned on 2 other occaisions and was also told exactly the same . on returning on the last occaision on thursday carole was on the customer services that day i was met with very rude attitude and just didnt want to no and just dissmissed the matter in a extremely rude manner. in my life ive never been treated with this sort of rudeness and bad attitude from a customer service manager EVER in my life, THEY ARE TRAINED TO DEAL WITH MEMBERS OF PUBLIC WITH COURTESY AND CONSIDERATION, POLITENESS, LISTEN AND ADVISE, NOT TOO MAKE THEM FEEL LIKE THEY ARE IN THE WRONG BY RETURNING ITEMS BOUGHT IN THERE STORE.i paid in cash which was confirmed on 3 different occaisions, it didnt help when on the last occaision a security officer was tampering with sticker on item which has now damaged the barcode so it cannot be scanned .i am a loyal customer and have recommended numerous family and friends also too your stores, i trust this matter can be resolved as a matter of urgency yours faithfully richard wan. please contact myself anytime on 07752873814.
