They have a procedure of sending their valued customers an automated 'legal' letter threatening with a CCJ within a week even if you have been with tgem fir years and just owe them £23 after already paying a bakance of £120 two weeks prior to the threatening letter. Then they trie and tell you that yoy can only cancel your contract if you write a letter 90 days prior to the contract expiring otherwise its a ROLLOVER CONTRACT... CROOKS
